The Spectator, in association with Private Cellar, invites you to join drinks editor Jonathan Ray and winemaker Jean-Michel Garcion and sales director Anthony Crameri from De Mour Estates in Bordeaux, for a day on the Thames aboard the 100-year-old Thames Sailing Barge Will, shooting clays, drinking fizz, claret, cognac and kummel and smoking cigars. Departure 10am from North Greenwich Pier; finish 5pm Tower Bridge Quay Pier.
