Marimar Torres, icon of one of Spain’s – no, one of the world’s – great winemaking families, has made her own way in California, making exceptional wines in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County. It’s an honor to welcome Marimar, as fine a cook and author as she is a vintner and fluent in six languages, to the boardroom as she presents such treats as the 2023 Acero Chardonnay, 2023 La Masía Chardonnay, 2021 La Masía Pinot Noir, 2018 Mas Cavalls Pinot Noir and 2019 Cristina Pinot Noir and discusses her winemaking philosophy and the importance of home cooking.
