Founded in 1812, family-owned Laurent-Perrier is one of the great names of Champagne and the first Maison to receive a Royal Warrant from HM the King. We will enjoy the Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Brut Nature, Héritage, Brut Millésimé 2018, the Cuvée Rosé and the fabled Grand Siècle Iteration No. 27 as we learn from Adam Guy, Laurent-Perrier UK MD, about the Maison’s ‘three pillars of wisdom’ upon which its philosophy is based: the art of blending reserve wines, mastery of maceration and the pioneering of zero dosage.
