Comtes de Champagne Dinner, Tuesday 27 October, 7pm for 7.30pm, The Library at 6 Old Queen St.

Taittinger’s Comtes de Champagne prestige cuvée is one of the great wines of the world, regarded by many as the finest of all champagnes. We’re delighted, therefore, to welcome Patrick McGrath MW, the CEO of Taittinger’s UK agents, Hatch Mansfield, and co-owner of Domaine Evremond, Taittinger’s celebrated foray into Kent, to the Library at 6 Old Queen Street for a very special dinner celebrating this remarkable wine.

After an aperitif of Domaine Evremond Edition 1, Patrick will introduce the 2014, 2013, 2011, 2008 and 2006 Comtes de Champagne followed by the 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2009 Comte de Champagne Rosé. We will end the evening with a glass of Taittinger’s delightful Nocturne.

With wines free flowing, this will be an exceptional evening and promises to be heavily oversubscribed so do book early. 

The Library is our private members' club on the first floor of a splendid Georgian townhouse, just a few doors down from Spectator HQ. There is lift access. Nearest tube St James's Park or Westminster.
