Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Champagne Billecart-Salmon is one of the last great family owned champagne houses, now led by seventh-generation CEO Mathieu Roland-Billecart. We are delighted to welcome Lucy Roberts, UK Brand Ambassador, who will host a carefully curated three-course lunch paired with a selection of the House’s finest cuvées, including Billecart-Salmon Le Blanc de Blancs, Le Rosé, Louis Salmon Brut Blanc de Blancs Millésime and Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rosé Millésime.
