Cookery writer and international private chef Philippa Davis learned her trade at the River Café, Moro and Holland Park’s Lidgates Butchers, and her celebrated recipes (BBC Food and The Field Magazine) are famous for championing exceptional produce. To mark English Wine Week, in addition to our three-course lunch, Philippa will be showcasing a selection of edible delights from her native West Country, including Dorset charcuterie from the Real Cure, butter and cheese from Wiltshire’s Brinkworth Dairy, Dorset Sea Salt from the Jurassic Coast, apple balsamic vinegar from Liberty Fields, honey from Hive & Keeper and chocolates from Chococo and cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Hillfarm Oils from Suffolk. All and more will be washed down with a selection of fine English wines and spirits, especially chosen for the occasion by our fabulous drinks editor, Jonathan Ray.
