Back by popular demand, cookery writer for The Field Magazine, international private chef and champion of local produce, Philippa Davis, will join us for a lunch celebrating the best of seasonal British game washed down with wines specially selected by The Bunch, that loose coalition of independent merchants comprised of Corney & Barrow, Haynes, Hanson & Clark, Lea & Sandeman Private Cellar, Tanners and Yapp Bros.
Philippa will be showcasing a selection of edible delights including Apley Smoked Pheasant, a selection of Venison charcuterie from Dorset’s Real Cure, Blackthorn Sea Salt from Ayrshire and Chocolatia Chocolates from the heart of Scotland.
