
Holland & Holland Spring Shoot and Wine Lunch | Friday 21 March, 9.30am - 4.30pm
Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural event, we’re delighted to invite readers back to a very special two-hour morning shoot followed by a wine-fuelled lunch at Holland and Holland’s Shooting Grounds in west London, in association with Private Cellar. Shoot tickets are inclusive of light breakfast, gun hire, instructors, cartridges, clays, safety kit, three-course lunch with champagne, red and white wines and digestifs. Novices and own guns welcome.
After a morning of shooting, you’ll be ready for a glass of fizz on the terrace before stepping into Holland & Holland’s beautifully appointed wine room.
Talented Head Chef, Josh Hunter, previously of Michelin-starred kitchens such as La Trompette and Murano has a passion for meticulous sourcing of British seasonal produce and will prepare a delicious locally sourced, menu for our delight. Laura will guide us through a perfectly paired bevy of Italian beauties, including Vico Storto Greco di Tufo DOCG, Morellino di Scansano Podere 414, Nebbiolo Langhe Roccardo and Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata and finishing with Amarone della Valpolicella, Col de la Bastia DOCG.
Taxis are readily available at Northwood Tube Station (Metropolitan Line) which is a 6-minute drive away.
