Hosted in the Spectator Boardroom.

Laura King MBE, founder of King’s Fine Food, the UK’s largest importer of caviar, will be our host as we learn all there is to know about this decadently luxurious treat. After an aperitif of Pol Roger Brut NV Champagne, we will taste Beluga, Oscietra, Golden Oscietra, Platinum and Imperial Caviar, with guests enjoying their own 10g tin of each, before we all share and tuck into a 1.8kg tin of Imperial Caviar. 


Spectator drinks editor Jonathan Ray will be on hand to discuss and share his favoured liquid pairings including vodka, Chablis and sweet wine.
