Refund policy
Damaged or incorrect items:
The Spectator will offer a refund or an exchange on damaged or faulty products within 28 days of delivery. Delivery charges incurred on a return or an exchange are your responsibility. We strongly recommend when returning items to use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them. We are unable to refund original delivery costs.
