Jonathan Ray will host this dinner in the elegant surroundings of The Library, located on the first floor of 6 Old Queen Street, London SW1, a historic townhouse just down the road from Spectator HQ.

The wines of Portugal are more popular than ever, and with more than 250 native grape varieties scattered across 14 major wine regions, there is something for everyone.

Fladgate Wines (owners of Taylor’s) is in the vanguard of this renaissance, and brand ambassador André Luis Martins will be our guide as – over a fine four-course dinner – we enjoy such treats as the Colinas Cuvée Reserve Brut Nature NV, 2019 Quinta da Pedra Milagres Alvarhino, 2019 Bella Dão Touriga Nacional, 2012 Quinta Colinas de São Lourenço ‘Principal’, 2012 Fonseca Guimaraens Port and Taylor’s 20-Year-Old Tawny Port.
