Just two grape varieties are grown here – Sangiovese and Merlot – and they combine to make something magical and hugely sought after, the flagship wine of Castello di Fonterutoli: IGT Toscana SIEPI. We are hugely honoured that Giovanni Mazzei himself will introduce several back vintages of this remarkable wine, the pioneer of new wave Tuscan winemaking.
