I can’t find a cartoon?

Cartoons from the latest issue of The Spectator are added to the shop as quickly as possible. If you are unable to find a specific cartoon, please email shop@spectator.co.uk with the cartoon caption and cartoonist.  

Please note, not all cartoons are available for purchase 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all gift orders within 24 hours of ordering, excluding weekends. We aim to process and dispatch all cartoon orders within 5 working days of ordering, excluding weekends.

What delivery partners do you use?

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or via an equivalent courier. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific courier. International orders are sent via Airmail on a priority service as standard.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days once we dispatch your order. With this in mind, please allow 10 working days from when you placed your order before contacting us. Orders may be affected by postal service delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

Can I cancel my order?

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please e-mail us at shop@spectator.co.uk and we will do our best to cancel your order. If you order has been already shipped, please see our return policy for further instructions.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, as you found it in the package, and we will gladly send a replacement, free of charge. Please send an e-mail with your receipt attached to shop@spectator.co.uk .

What is the refund policy?

Please return the item within 28 days after it has been delivered, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item if it is in its original condition.
