How do I return an item?
Tickets to all Spectator debates are non-refundable. Customers who cannot attend the debate they have paid for may be offered a transfer in the form of attendance at a future debate. Transfer requests must be received in writing no later than 48 hours before the original booked date.
Cancellations received prior to 20 working days before the event will incur a fee of 10 per cent of the invoice total. Cancellations received between 19 and 15 working days (inclusive) before the event will incur an administration charge of 50 per cent. Cancellations received after 15 working days before the event will be charged at full price.

If we cancel an event
In the instance that we cancel an event, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the ticket price paid. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events without prior notice and to amend or alter published programmes, prices, venues and speakers.
If upon receipt of your cartoon you find that it is damaged or otherwise unsuitable please contact Nicola on firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receipt. Please be aware that originals of cartoons are sent in the condition upon which they are received from the cartoonist. They may have pencil marks, creases and other imperfections, as is the nature of an original.

As the transaction will not have been made directly with The Spectator, please contact the relevant supplier you purchased the product through originally. They will hold details of your order and be able to advise you on their own refund and returns policy.
